Swap marbles

I made a couple of marbles for online swaps. This has been so much fun. The marble with the green is about 1 1/2 inches in diameter, the other is just over 1 3/4 inches. These are my pareidolic technique marbles using shards.

I made this marble fairly recently with transparent glasses and a silver glass on top. Each of the silver glass dots was covered with a transparent dot. It turned out very dimensional. Hope everyone has a great holiday season!

I made this fishscale bead recently for a challenge on an online glass group (Lampwork etc.) It is made with lots of dots placed so you will see the white dots under the colored ones. I made a marble also and will take pictures tonight. The bead is about two inches long and a little less than one inch in diameter.

These are some of the beads we made in Marcy Lamberson's class at Blue Moon Glassworks in Austin. I had so much fun!
This is the bird of happiness with a carrot beak. :) So, he's not blue...

I love the little pinecone - I just made another last night.

I took a class this past weekend from Marcy Lamberson. She taught at Blue Moon Glassworks in Austin. We made sculptural beads (bird, cupcake, pinecone, dog, gnome, cat and even a self-portrait!) Here is my dog bead. It is about one inch tall and just a little longer than that. What a wonderful weekend!
